RATES
The rates include 15% VAT.
The rates include Tourism Levy's as per the NTB legislation at 1% on DBB & FI and 2% on BB & Self-Catering.
The rates are per person sharing per night and in Namibian Dollars (equivalent to South Africa Rand - ZAR).
Rates are subject to change with the exception of confirmed reservations.

RESERVATIONS
Please ensure that reservations are made in advance to ensure that we are prepared for your arrival.
All reservations are to be made in writing (by fax or e-mail) specifying ETA (estimated time of arrival) or "where you are arriving from, unless circumstances do not permit this".

PAYMENTS
A 25% deposit is requested on confirmation of reservation and / or full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute reservations can only be settled at the lodge by credit card (Master & Visa) or Cash.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome, however remain the full responsibility of their parents.
The Family Unit comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children and the rate is per bungalow.
Children accommodated in their own bungalow will be charged the normal adult rates.
Children 2 yrs old & younger complimentary.
Children between the age of 3 & 12 are charged 50% of the extras (meals & activities).

ACTIVITIES
PM Farm Drives - duration approximately 2 hours & departs at +- 16:00 winter 16:30 summer.
AM Farm Drives - duration approximately 2 hours & departs after breakfast.
AM Guided Walking Trails - duration approximately 2 hours & departure on arrangement.
All activities include one soft drink per person (juice or water).

Cancellation Policy
within 30 to 22 days prior to arrival - 25%
within 21 to 15 days prior to arrival - 50%
within 14 to 08 days prior to arrival - 75%
within 07 to 00 days prior to arrival and no shows - 100%
All cancellations will be reconfirmed in writing, non receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled
